Job Description

We Need a Female Receptionist for our Photo Studio (Green Life Digital Studio) in Perumattunallur, Guduvanchery. Fresher (Photography Interested Peoples Only) or Experience can Apply for this Job.  Local People are Preferable*

Responsibilities:

• Ensures reception and studio areas are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery, materials, costumes, etc.

• Greets and check-in studio guests.

• Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls.

• Provides guests with accurate information in-person or via phone.

• Conducts quality control procedures for all studios by reviewing and assessing session videos

• Performs other clerical receptionist duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High level of emotional intelligence

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Has a high attention to detail and approaches work in an organized manner

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
