Job Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Female Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in handling calls, responding to emails, following up with inquiries, and effectively closing sales.
Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer emails promptly and effectively to address queries and concerns.
Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor while interacting with customers.
Sales Support:
Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to provide additional information and answer any questions.
Work closely with the sales team to support the sales process and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Assist in closing sales by providing relevant product/service information and addressing customer needs.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions.
Ensure that all customer information is securely documented in the company's CRM system.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide valuable insights and feedback gathered from customer interactions to improve products and services.
Customer Satisfaction:
Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficient in handling phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
Minimum of a HSC ; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.
