Job Description

To make design of women wear as per the running fashion trends in market . Job includes making of pattern of the latest design of women ethnic wear , advance wear  and all types of products used by youngsters.  

Responsibilities:
Researching current fashion trends and market demands
Collaborate with the design team to create sketches and designs for new collections
Assist in selecting fabrics, trims, and colors for designs
Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs
Prepare technical specification sheets and detailed tech packs for production
Work closely with the production team to ensure quality and timely delivery of designs
Stay updated on emerging fashion trends and industry developments

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
Strong knowledge of fashion trends and industry standards
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Excellent sketching and illustration skills
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for color, texture, and proportion
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
