Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable BSc Agriculture graduate to lead our contract farming initiative. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable land for lease, researching and selecting crops that can be grown in the target region, and managing all aspects of land preparation and crop production in collaboration with farmers and laborers. The role also involves ensuring the quality of crops for potential export or sale in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess agricultural land available for lease in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Conduct research on soil conditions, climate, and suitable crops for the region.
Develop strategies for land preparation and crop production.
Coordinate with local farmers and laborers to implement and manage farming activities.
Monitor crop health, implement pest control measures, and ensure timely harvesting.
Maintain records of farming operations, crop yield, and soil health.
Ensure adherence to organic and sustainable farming practices.
Report progress to management and suggest improvements for better yield.
Explore opportunities to set up polyhouses for controlled-environment farming.
