We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Manager to oversee all aspects of our fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, engineering, and project management. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to achieve production goals.
  • Set production targets and KPIs to measure performance.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
• Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, hire, and manage a team of skilled workers, including engineers, technicians, and operators.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Production Management:
  • Oversee the entire production process, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor production metrics and take corrective action to address any issues.
• Quality Control:
  • Implement robust quality control procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
  • Identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular safety training and inspections.
  • Investigate and address safety incidents promptly.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all production equipment.
  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Inventory Management:
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize production and minimize costs.
  • Implement effective inventory control systems.
• Customer Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, and tools.
• Proficiency in quality control and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as ERP and CAD/CAM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
