Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.

- Stay updated on Facebook Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and retargeting strategies.
- Experience with data analysis and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget optimization.
- Decent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe tools) are a plus.
