Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage service team
Ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
Manage and motivate the service team, providing guidance, training, and feedback
Liaise with the kitchen and management to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Proactively address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests
Maintain detailed records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback
Contribute to the development and implementation of service-related policies and procedures
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an F&B Captain or in a similar supervisory role
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu knowledge and wine pairing
Flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality or culinary arts is an asset
