Bhuwalka Pipes Pvt Ltd jobs - Experienced Chartered Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team, who can Independent handling of Finance & Accounts for a Steel Pipe Manufacturing company with revenue of Rs.800 crores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of financial processes, cost accounting, and regulatory compliance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and prepare forecasts.
• Cost Accounting:
  • Oversee cost allocation, cost management, and cost control initiatives.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs and recommend cost-saving strategies.
  • Develop and maintain standard costing models.
• Audit and Compliance:
  • Coordinate and manage audits with external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls.
  • Oversee operation of Accounting Department with all routine compliances like-GST, PF, PT, TDS, TCS, ST, ED, VAT etc., Payroll, Human Resource, Administration and Treasury operations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Track budget performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Identify opportunities for improving financial performance.
• Financial Systems and Processes:
  • Enhance financial reporting systems and processes.
  • Streamline accounting procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Evaluate and implement new accounting software or systems.
• Financial Planning and Strategy:
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management to develop financial goals and objectives.
  • Conduct financial analysis for investment decisions or business expansion plans.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) /CA  Inter with 8 - 15 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in direct handling of Service Tax, Sales Tax, GST, compliance, Cash Flow management and Banking Operations
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
