We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team, who can Independent handling of Finance & Accounts for a Steel Pipe Manufacturing company with revenue of Rs.800 crores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of financial processes, cost accounting, and regulatory compliance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
- Monitor key financial metrics and prepare forecasts.
Cost Accounting:
- Oversee cost allocation, cost management, and cost control initiatives.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Develop and maintain standard costing models.
Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate and manage audits with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Implement and monitor internal controls.
- Oversee operation of Accounting Department with all routine compliances like-GST, PF, PT, TDS, TCS, ST, ED, VAT etc., Payroll, Human Resource, Administration and Treasury operations.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Track budget performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify opportunities for improving financial performance.
Financial Systems and Processes:
- Enhance financial reporting systems and processes.
- Streamline accounting procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Evaluate and implement new accounting software or systems.
Financial Planning and Strategy:
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to develop financial goals and objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis for investment decisions or business expansion plans.

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) /CA Inter with 8 - 15 years of post-qualification experience.
Proven experience in direct handling of Service Tax, Sales Tax, GST, compliance, Cash Flow management and Banking Operations
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
