Job Profile:
The role of an Executive Operations includes:

• Maintaining stock records and inventory management.
• Preparing quotations and assisting in supply chain management.
• Acting as a liaison between customers and our Head Office in the UAE, as well as our suppliers in Spain (Blumaq) and the USA (DSG).
• Exploring and identifying potential suppliers within India.
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the organization
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
• Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
• Ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
• Oversee production processes and ensure quality standards are met
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
• Provide support in resolving operational issues and challenges
