Position—The profile requires the person to wear multiple hats, thus enhancing the scope and horizon of work and allows the person to have variety in one’s work.

Designation – Executive - MIS Accounting and Vendor Management 

Role and Responsibility: The role encompasses extensive use of Excel and reporting primarily pertaining to sales.

·       Proficient with Basic & Advanced Excel 

·       MS Excel reports

·       MS Word, Powerpoint

·       Graphs to present Data

·       Data Forecasting

·       Data Compilation

·       Data Management 

·       V Lookup 

·       H Lookup

·       Sum If, Avg If

·       Pivot Table  

o   Inserting Formulas with Pivot

o   Calculation by adding slicer in pivot to view performance. 

·       Vendor Research

·       Coordination with Vendors

Days of work – 6 days a week (Off on weekdays, usually Tuesday) 

Hours of work – 8 hours (Flexi-Hours on mutual terms)

Joining requirement – Immediate 

Location – Juhu, Mumbai

Qualification – Graduate

Experience – Minimum of two years in the domain of report making, presentations, and data upkeep. 

Industry - Preferably FMCG/Consumer Goods/Export Import/E-Commerce
