Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Monitor and follow up on pending customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify and report trends in customer issues to help improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay current on best practices and new procedures.
