Work Hours: 12PM - 09PM IST (or) 02PM - 11PM IST

Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent command over the English language, both verbal and written, and possess a technical or management educational background. This role requires proficiency in using the latest AI tools and technologies(Like ChatGPT, Claude and etc.) to deliver high-quality results within given timelines.

 Job Responsibilities and Required Skills:

·         Good command over English Language both verbal & written.

·         Should be Graduate - Technical or Management background preferred.

·         Good knowledge of Internet and PC proficiency with advanced MS office, especially Power point, Word, and Excel.

·         Must be smart enough to use the latest AI tools and technologies to bring out the best results with the given timelines

·         Effective communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate requests and instructions to individuals and groups

·         Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the organization

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work.

·         Proactive and ownership behavior, Resourceful nature.

·         Well organized, analyze and ability to prioritize accordingly.

·         High on integrity and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.

·         Undertake general word processing and excel work.

·         Must be proficient in using power point and other forms of presentations as per requirements.

·         Providing of support to Marketing Department and Proposal Team in terms of any assigned work related to document Management.
