Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive risk assessments to meticulously identify potential vulnerabilities residing within the refinery's critical infrastructure.
• Formulate and implement robust and demonstrably efficacious risk mitigation strategies to effectively address the identified threats.
• Safeguard the security posture of the refinery's IT and OT (Operational Technology) networks, ensuring their continued integrity and confidentiality.
• Oversee the implementation and subsequent monitoring of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other industry-standard security measures.
• Develop and meticulously maintain a well-defined incident response plan specifically tailored to address the unique requirements of the Baadgram Refinery Works.
• Lead the response to any security incidents that may arise, ensuring the minimization of disruption to ongoing operational activities.
• Guarantee adherence to all applicable industry standards and regulations pertaining to critical infrastructure security, including, but not limited to, NERC CIP and ISO 27001.
• Foster a collaborative environment with physical security teams to achieve seamless integration of cybersecurity measures with established physical security protocols.
• Maintain a program of continuous monitoring for the refinery's systems, exhibiting exceptional vigilance in detecting potential signs of security breaches or anomalous activity.
• Provide management with comprehensive reports detailing the security status and any security incidents that may have transpired.

Qualifications:

• Possess demonstrably extensive knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
• Exhibit proficiency in network security principles, with a particular emphasis on securing OT environments.
• Possess demonstrably strong analytical skills, enabling the identification and subsequent resolution of complex security issues.
• Employ exceptional communication skills, facilitating the effective conveyance of security concerns and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, adeptly managing security teams and fostering productive coordination with other departments.
• Maintain a high degree of flexibility, readily adapting to the unique challenges inherent in securing a refinery's critical infrastructure.
• Exhibit a steadfast commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements and evolving trends within the cybersecurity landscape.

Hiring Process:

• Phase 1: A formal in-person meeting will be conducted at our Baadgram Refinery Works facility located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh to comprehensively discuss the candidate's background, experience, and suitability for the role through a structured verbal evaluation.
• Phase 2: Candidates who progress beyond the initial phase will participate in a skills assessment designed to meticulously evaluate their technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
