Roles and Responsibilities:
· To work as executive assistant to the MD
· Assist in the preparation of agendas and capture salient points, decisions, action items and status in meetings such as Board meetings, Project Meetings
· Draft correspondence t o be sent on behalf of and signed by MD
· Support the MD to manage information exchange and ensure effective communication occurs across key stakeholder groups
· Ensure that urgent enquiries and emerging issues are brought to the MD’s attention
· Assist with the recording and storage of information in accordance with records management policies and procedures
· Coordinate special projects such as feasibility studies when required
· Share collective responsibility for delivering organizational objectives, through active engagement and collaboration with employees at all levels in the organization
· Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practices
· Act only in ways that advances the organization’s objectives, values and reputation
· Perform tasks that will free up the MD’s time
· Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the MD
