Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled English Spoken Trainer to join our dynamic team at Speakwell. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional language training experiences to our diverse student base.

• Curriculum Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive English language courses aligned with Speakwell's curriculum.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress and provide personalized feedback to enhance their learning.
• Class Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering effective communication and collaboration among students.
• Administrative Tasks: Contribute to administrative duties such as maintaining attendance records and preparing lesson plans.
• Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students outside of class hours to address their language learning queries.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an English language trainer, preferably with a focus on spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Passion for language learning and teaching.
• Proficiency in English language.

• TEFL/TESOL certification.
• Experience teaching English to a variety of age groups and levels.
• Familiarity with Speakwell's teaching methodology and materials.
