Job Title: Engineer Procurement
Reports to: Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineer Procurement to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process for engineering projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for engineering projects

- Conduct market research and analyze vendor capabilities

- Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and tenders

- Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate contracts

- Manage vendor relationships and performance

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, etc.)

- Analyze and mitigate procurement risks- Develop and manage budgets and cost forecasts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- 2+ years of procurement experience in an engineering environment

- Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in MS Office and procurement software
