Job Description

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of mechanical assemblers to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine assembly requirements
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials for assembly
Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly process
Train and mentor new team members on assembly processes and procedures
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations-

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the automation industry
Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques and processes
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to mechanical assembly

Qualification: BE/BTech/ Diploma (Mechanical)

Work Location: Hosur.
