Job Requirements:-

Good experience with any Monitoring tool like Zabbix, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Nagios.

Responsible for installing and monitoring Unix/Linux open-source operating systems and caters to the client's needs in this environment.

The individual also resolves user issues, addresses change management requests and identify potential issues by implementing protective measures

They must also have programming experience and a strong understanding of Linux, DNS, LDAP, and Java

Working knowledge of SNOW.

Need to have good email and communication skills

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Motivated to learn and obtain Zabbix Certificate

Experience with Linux OS 6,7 and 8 versions.

Good understanding of SELinux and Firewalld.

Good exposure to yum and DNF package management tools.

Knowledge of Windows Servers 2012,2016 and 2019.

Good To Have Skills:-

Hands-on experience with Zabbix agent setup.

Ability to handle the migration of devices from other platforms to Zabbix.

Good troubleshooting capabilities with regards to Zabbix issues.
