This position requires a strong technical background in maintaining all calls with 24/7 availability, performing preventive maintenance, handling calls, troubleshooting, and maintaining well relationships with customers.

Maintaining all calls with 24/7 availability
Performing preventive maintenance on UPS and battery systems
Handling calls from customers regarding technical issues
Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience working in the UPS and battery sales and service industry
