Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineer to join our team in the UPS and Battery Sales and Service Industry. This position requires a strong technical background in maintaining all calls with 24/7 availability, performing preventive maintenance, handling calls, troubleshooting, and maintaining well relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining all calls with 24/7 availability
Performing preventive maintenance on UPS and battery systems
Handling calls from customers regarding technical issues
Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently
Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience working in the UPS and battery sales and service industry
Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
