Job Description
Electrical Supervisor for LV switch Board manufacturing Unit, Organizing work and material to workers, monitoring work output, Work timing 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Responsibilities may also include:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other electrical workers.
Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify problems and ensure effective installation and maintenance.
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Plan and schedule electrical work to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently.
Conduct training sessions for team members on safety practices and new technologies.
Maintain documentation related to electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills:
Thorough understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
