*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop electrical plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with other construction teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall project requirements.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to understand project scope and requirements.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of electricians and subcontractors.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, updates, and safety protocols.
3. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards.
4. Budget and Cost Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures related to electrical work.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for electrical components of projects.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Conduct quality inspections to identify defects or deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality materials and equipment.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
