Position Title: Educational Counselor

Job Overview:

The Educational Counselor at ATA will provide comprehensive academic guidance and personal support to prospective and current pilot trainees. The counselor will help students navigate their educational paths, understand course offerings, provide career advice in the aviation sector, and offer support to overcome any academic, personal, or emotional challenges that might affect their progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Guidance and Support.
Career Counseling.
Academic Performance Monitoring.
Liaison Between Students and Academy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field.
Certification or experience in career counseling, technical fields, is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in educational software and tools for tracking student progress.
