Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Oversee and manage the company’s online store, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
- Marketplace Management: Manage and optimize product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. Ensure product visibility, competitive pricing, and positive customer reviews.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and improve customer retention.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on website and marketplace performance metrics, sales data, and customer behavior. Use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing site navigation, product listings, and checkout processes.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and sales through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Inventory Management: Work with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, such as payment processors and shipping companies.
