We are urgently hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online store.

Responsibilities include

Product catalog management,
Writing and optimizing product descriptions,
Inventory management, handling returns,
Processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries.

Candidates should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Duties:

Manage and update the company's website content and products

Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales

Monitor and analyze online sales performance metrics

Develop strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates

Manage customer inquiries and provide timely support

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
