Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate transportation operations and logistics.
Develop and manage efficient transportation schedules and routes.
Monitor transportation costs and implement cost-saving strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and manage transportation staff and drivers.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Resolve any transportation-related issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of transportation activities
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and prepare necessary reports.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the dispatch process.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures to improve dispatch operations.
Communicate effectively with logistics providers, drivers, and warehouse staff.
