Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in running ad campaigns on Google and Meta, with a strong understanding of SEM, SEO, and PPC strategies. This role is critical to driving our online presence, increasing traffic, and boosting conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness.

2. SEO & SEM:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular reports on SEO metrics.

3. Content Marketing:

• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.

4. Market Research:

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate detailed performance reports for all digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Use analytics tools to track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the education or ed-tech industry.
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
