Responsibilities:

-Analyze performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Manager.
-Segment audiences to target creators, donors, and advocates effectively.
-Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve conversions.
-Collaborate on ad copy, visuals, and content aligned with mission.
-Implement retargeting strategies to boost contributions.
-Track trends and apply innovative strategies to campaigns.
-Manage ad budgets for maximum ROI.
-Optimize donation funnel and track conversions.
-Report campaign performance and insights.
-Manage SMS/email and influencer marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
-Experience in performance marketing, especially for crowdfunding or social impact.
-Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
-Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, reporting tools).
-Experience with audience targeting and retargeting.
-Knowledge of SEO/SEM.
