Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Wayanad
Department: Branding & Marketing
Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Creative Director

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating visual content and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote the firm's brand and services. This role requires a blend of creative design skills and digital marketing expertise to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Graphic Design:

    • Develop visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, banners, and website content.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create branding materials that align with the firm's brand identity.
    • Design and edit visual content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency across all channels.
    • Create mockups, prototypes, and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on design trends and tools to produce innovative and modern designs.
  • Digital Marketing:

    • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
    • Create content calendars and manage the posting schedule for social media platforms.
    • Optimize content for SEO and manage online presence to increase organic traffic and brand visibility.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to maximize ROI.
  • Content Creation:

    • Develop and write engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and website pages.
    • Collaborate with the content team to ensure that the design and written content complement each other effectively.
    • Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and is free of errors.
  • Brand Management:

    • Ensure that all visual and written content adheres to the firm's branding guidelines and maintains a consistent brand image.
    • Work closely with the Creative Director to develop and implement branding strategies for clients.
    • Assist in developing branding materials for clients, including logos, color schemes, and visual identities.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Meet with clients to understand their branding and marketing needs, and translate those needs into creative design and marketing strategies.
    • Present design concepts and marketing plans to clients, and revise based on feedback.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and delivering high-quality work.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Use analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Prepare monthly reports on design projects and marketing campaign performance for the Marketing Manager.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in graphic design and digital marketing roles, preferably within a branding or marketing agency.
    • Skills:
      • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
      • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
      • Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
      • Strong writing and content creation abilities.
      • Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

      • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Working Conditions:
    • Full-time position, based in Wayanad.
    • May require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
    • Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work depending on project requirements.
