Role Overview:The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating visual content and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote the firm's brand and services. This role requires a blend of creative design skills and digital marketing expertise to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:
- Develop visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, banners, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create branding materials that align with the firm's brand identity.
- Design and edit visual content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Create mockups, prototypes, and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to produce innovative and modern designs.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Create content calendars and manage the posting schedule for social media platforms.
- Optimize content for SEO and manage online presence to increase organic traffic and brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to maximize ROI.
Content Creation:
- Develop and write engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and website pages.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure that the design and written content complement each other effectively.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and is free of errors.
Brand Management:
- Ensure that all visual and written content adheres to the firm's branding guidelines and maintains a consistent brand image.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to develop and implement branding strategies for clients.
- Assist in developing branding materials for clients, including logos, color schemes, and visual identities.
Client Interaction:
- Meet with clients to understand their branding and marketing needs, and translate those needs into creative design and marketing strategies.
- Present design concepts and marketing plans to clients, and revise based on feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and delivering high-quality work.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare monthly reports on design projects and marketing campaign performance for the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in graphic design and digital marketing roles, preferably within a branding or marketing agency.
- Skills:
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong writing and content creation abilities.
- Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
