Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company
We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to support the development and maintenance of Aggregate Spend Reporting solutions. This role requires strong expertise in PL/SQL coding for data aggregation and processing, as well as experience with Oracle APEX for building interactive web applications. The developer will also need familiarity with Veeva Network data to integrate and report on healthcare spend data. The position will ensure compliance with global transparency regulations such as the Sunshine Act and EFPIA. Responsibilities: • PL/SQL Development: Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages to process and aggregate data for aggregate spend reporting. • SQL Query Optimization: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources, ensuring optimal performance. • Develop and maintain ETL processes using PL/SQL for extracting, transforming, and loading data. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PL/SQL code, data discrepancies, and performance. • Conduct performance tuning on SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts to optimize large dataset processing. • Integrate and process Veeva Network data into aggregate spend reporting solutions, ensuring consistency with other data sources. • Ensure compliance with regulations such as the Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other global healthcare transparency standards. • (Preferred) Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications to create user-friendly interfaces for interacting with aggregate spend data.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development, with expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. • Strong experience in SQL query optimization and performance tuning for large datasets. • Hands-on experience with ETL processes using PL/SQL to extract, transform, and load data. • Familiarity with Veeva Network data and its integration into aggregate spend reporting systems. • Experience with aggregate spend reporting and transparency regulations, such as the Sunshine Act and EFPIA. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize PL/SQL code.
