Desktop Support Engineer
Configuration and Installation of Microsoft Windows Server
Providing hardware as well as Software Related Technical support for end user.
Performing the basic reports and troubleshooting on VMware
Managing Print and configuration &Troubleshooting.
Checking the Antivirus Update and Windows Patch Update
Using of Remote Admin Tools (Bomgar, RDC, Team Viewer, Lync, TEMS)
Modify and unlock user accounts in active directory.
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
