We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for our organization's desktop infrastructure, peripherals, and software applications. The ideal candidate will possess basic network knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.

Technical:
1. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
2. Resolve technical issues related to operating systems (Windows/Mac),office software, and other applications.
3. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches on desktop systems.
4. Assist with hardware upgrades, replacements, and disposals.
5. Basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
7. Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
8. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
9. Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
