PC assembling and all type of drivers installation. All types of operating system installing (Windows XP,7,8,8.1,10). Desktop computer software and hardware support, configuration, repair, maintenance and installation. Troubleshooting of virus related issues.
1. User Support:
a. Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
b. Respond to and resolve IT help desk tickets and support requests in a timely manner.
c. Assist users with account creation, password resets, and access permissions.
d. Troubleshoot basic desktop and application problems.
e. Basic Troubleshoot Printer, Scanner and IP Phones.
2. System Monitoring and Maintenance:
a. Monitor system alerts and notifications to identify and resolve common issues.
b. Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks, such as disk clean-up and updates.
c. Assist with system backups and verify their completion.
3. Manage and Maintenance:
a. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
b. Ensure system and data backups are performed regularly and securely stored.
c. Implement security measures like Anti-Virus to protect systems from unauthorized access and potential threats.
d. manages and maintaining VPN installation and configuration.
e. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware and software procurement.
