*Responsibilities:*

·         *Excellent Communication Skills*

·         Diploma in Hardware & Networking is preferred

·         2 Years to 3 years of IT industry experience in handling end user support (PC/Laptop/Mobile Devices etc.)

·         Microsoft Outlook configuration and Trouble shooting

·         Office 365 troubleshooting

·         Active Directory experience

·         Troubleshooting the connectivity issues

·         Application, Browser, troubleshooting

·         Data download and upload from Data room

·         Printer installation, Configuration, and Trouble Shooting

·         Meeting Room / Video Conferencing Zoom, Teams etc. setup

·         Desktop / Laptop installation /Configuration / Troubleshooting

·         Daily IT operations call

·         Desktop engineer (Win 10 / Home / Pro / Win 11) Troubleshooting experience.

·         Knowledge OS & Application (MS-Office, Acrobat Reader etc.)

·         Antivirus handling experience

·         Troubleshoot technical issues (desktop, Laptop ,network connectivity, etc.) both in the customer’s environment (onsite) as well as remotely.

·         Demonstrated experience in helpdesk, desktop support or technical support within an enterprise environment.

·          Extensive experience working with PC software/hardware, networking devices, Windows OS

·          Exposure to networking technology (networking hardware, TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN)

·          Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills

·          Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

·          Willingness to travel to customer sites to provide onsite support as needed.

·          Flexible coverage schedule to accommodate occasional evening, weekend work (time off in lieu).
