It also involves study of seat belt anchorage (ECE R14),CRF, isofix, top tether (ECE R16). Corporate layout drawings also involves study of seat packaging in vehicle environment. I have done corporate layout drawing for 2nd row seat of GM pickup truck. I have worked on seat assembly drawings for GM. I have also worked on Model based definition (MBD) drawings. I have worked on several design review (DR) and engineering change request (ECR). I had designed snap fitment for plastic cup holder in armrest. I have done flammability study (study of burning rate of foam and STO) of several seats. I have worked on model creation of seat testing fixture. I was given seat model and BIW of GM car and was asked to design testing fixture taking into consideration seat belt mounting points, seat fitment in BIW, mounting of isofix wires. I was also asked to keep the fixture design as simple as possible and to use standard available raw materials since the fixture was going to be developed inhouse. I worked in Daimler seat structures for VS21 project. We were working on 14 seat variants of Mercedes van. I worked on concept modeling of seat pan, seat structure components.

I was working in JCB. I have worked on Excavators, Tractors and Wheeled Loaders. I have gained expertise in Automobile sub systems namely Engine, Radiator, HVAC, Air handling, Exhaust systems, Fuel systems, Structures. I have worked on diesel engine components and engine peripheral components. I have designed fuel tank for JCB excavator. I have designed mountings for complete exhaust system which includes SCR, DPF, DEF MIXER. I have designed DEF coolant system and DEF pressure line. I have worked on Radiators, Charged Air coolers and Oil coolers. I have also designed molded hoses for the same. I have worked on air conditioning systems which include compressor, condenser, hoses and charging points. I have worked on Air handling system which includes Air filters, restrictors, TAMF sensors, molded hoses and mountings. I have worked on fuel systems which include fuel tanks, fuel filters, fuel coolers, fuel drain system and fuel circuit. I have designed counterweight for JCB excavator.
