Responsibilities

Develop and present design concepts to clients.

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Conduct site visits and inspections.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.

Review and approve project specifications and materials.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff.

Participate in client meetings and presentations.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality.

Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.

Resolve any design-related issues that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Professional licensure or certification preferred.

Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
