Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • PATIENT HISTORY TAKING
  • PATIENT COORDINATION
  • MAINTAINING RECORDS
  • MINOR CLINICAL PROCEDURES
  • GIVING POST OP INSTRUCTIONS
  • PATIENT FOLLOW UPS
  • STOCK MAINTENANCE
  • APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT
  • SUPERVISING ASSISTANTS AND STAFFS
  • MAINTAIN A HEALTHY COMMUNICATIVE ENVIRONMENT
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Offer expert consultation to prosthodontists and general dentists in complex cases.
  • Regular coordination with different department
  • Any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.
  • Monitor & Listen to team members call, give feedback and resolve any issues related to complex cases.
  • Identifying and conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
