Responsibilities:

• Claim Processing: Learn and assist in preparing and submitting dental insurance claims, both electronically and on paper.
• Payment Posting: Help with posting insurance and patient payments into the system.
• Insurance Verification: Assist in verifying patients' dental insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments.
• Coordination: Coordinate with the dental office staff to gather necessary documentation for claims and patient accounts.
• Data Entry: Enter and update patient information, insurance details, and billing data into the billing system.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• No prior experience required; however, a willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage client inquiries and documentation effectively.
• A passion for helping others and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
