ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee day-to-day operation

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Suggest and organize team-building activities

Tracking Instant orders of dairy & grocery on-time delivery.

Requirements and skills

Work experience as a team leader or supervisor

Knowledge of performance metrics

Good PC skills, especially MS Excel

Communication and leadership skills

Organizational and time-management skills

Job Location:- Akshayanagar.

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
