Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Load and unload delivery trucks or vehicles with the products to be delivered.
Delivery Partner must ensure the products are securely and safely loaded, packaged and stored in the delivery vehicle, to minimize damage or loss during transportation.
Check and verify the accuracy of customer orders before delivery and provide necessary support in case of discrepancies or errors.
Delivery Partner must ensure that all products are delivered in good condition and that customer service standards are met, resolving any customer complaints or issues that may arise.
Monitor and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure that they are roadworthy and safe for use, performing regular checks and maintenance tasks as necessary.
Delivery Partner must adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving and maintain a good driving record.
Keep accurate records of all deliveries made, including customer signatures for proof of delivery and any delivery or pickup discrepancies, and maintain appropriate logs and records.
Delivery partner job require to communicate effectively with dispatchers, managers, and other team members to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Keep abreast of changes in delivery routes, traffic conditions, and other factors that may impact delivery operations, and adjust delivery plans as needed.
