Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company

Role: Delivery Manager (PO&T IT) <Pharmaceutical Operations & Technology (IT)>

Experience:

• 12-15 years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects in pharma operations and technology.
• Experience working in regulated environments with a strong understanding of compliance and validation requirements (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).

Required Technical Skills:

• Expertise in IT project and program management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g. Workday, Salesforce, Veeva) and other cloud technologies.
• Understanding of pharma-specific IT solutions, such as laboratory information management systems (LIMS),manufacturing execution systems (MES),and quality management systems (QMS).
• Relevant experience in ELN Configuration. Preferably IDBS E-Workbook or Labware ELN, LabWare LIMS
• Experience working with Cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks etc.
• Experience in AWS (DMS, Glue, Lambda)
• Experience in ETL/ELT, Data modelling such as Star Schema etc.
• Experience with Life Sciences related business process domains, such as R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain is beneficial

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive consensus.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
• Exposure to emerging technologies like AI, ML, and IoT in pharma operations.
