Job Description

Data entry: Input data from paper documents or digital records into systems and databases. This may include entering customer, client, or patient details.
Data accuracy: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data input. This may include reviewing data for errors or redundancies, and making corrections.
Data organization: Organize and file electronic and paper records for easy retrieval. This may include creating spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
Data backup: Perform regular data backups to ensure security and prevent loss.
Data reporting: Generate reports, store outputs in the database, and perform backups.
Data confidentiality: Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
Administrative support: Provide occasional administrative support. This may include processing invoices for pay out and reviewing and processing order returns.
