Responsibilities:

• Data Entry:
  • Accurately input and maintain various types of data into our database systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in data cleaning and correction processes.
• Customer Service:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing prompt and efficient assistance.
  • Address clients inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent clients service experiences that exceed expectations.
• Website Management:
  • Update and maintain company website content, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in website design and development projects as needed.
• Other Duties:
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• 10th & 12th Certificate, diploma or any Graduation.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent data entry and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  
• Clients-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
