- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data management system for procurement-related information.
- Analyze data to provide meaningful insights into procurement performance, cost trends, and supplier performance.
- Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement-related data from various sources.
- Implement data quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data.
- Support the procurement team in retrieving relevant data for decision-making and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/MSIT/Data Analyst, etc.
- Practical work experience - Data Entry, Reporting, MIS, etc.
- Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data management, data analysis and reporting, with extensive experience in customizing reports as per the organization’s requirement.
- Exposure to reporting in the context of Managed/Serviced office spaces would be a big plus.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools and MIS reporting.
