Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date information in our database systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data efficiently and accurately from various sources, verifying its accuracy, and keeping the information organized and easily accessible. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and familiarity with data entry software are essential.
Responsibilities
Inputting data accurately and efficiently into company databases.
Regularly updating records and managing document archives.
Verifying the accuracy of data to identify and correct errors.
Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Communicating with team members to ensure data consistency.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
