Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Data Entry BPO Operator. The selected candidates will undergo a full-fledged one-month training program at our company, after which they will be placed in a client company at various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Verify and correct data where necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data management.
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets.

Work Environment:

Work from office.
Flexible for both day and night shifts.

Training Program:

Duration: 1 month
Location: Chennai (1 Month Training) Job Location - Bangalore
Coverage: Comprehensive training on data entry processes, tools, software applications, industry-level standards, and domain-specific standards as per the company norms.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Strong typing skills with a minimum of 30 words per minute.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
