Responsibilities:
Resolve customer queries, complaints or requests on daily basis
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, communicating daily in a professional and courteous manner.
Gather valuable customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve our offerings.
Escalate complex customer issues to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Track the quantity and quality of queries handled to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Engage in cold calling to reach out to potential clients for gathering feedback of our offering.
Skills Required:
Minimum of 6 months of work experience in customer support or a related field.
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
Empathy towards customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
Strong email writing skills.
