Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling calls/ queries / requests pertaining to product and service for outbound calls effectively.
Calling the customers to remind their due date of the instalment.
Complaint Management. Solving customer grievances.
Applying process / product Knowledge in replying to customers
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
