Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive.
Location: Whitefield.
Salary: 21000 CTC
Job Type: Full-time
ROTATIONAL Shift (Day Shift For Female candidates )

Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the daily operations of the branch.
Setting targets for the branch and ensuring they are met.
Managing customer relationships and addressing their concerns.
Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.
Supervising staff and conducting performance evaluation.
Building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients.
Understanding clients' financial needs and offering appropriate banking
solutions.
Cross-selling banking products and services.
Providing personalized financial advice and assistance.
Handling client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem
resolution.
Providing information about banking products, services, and policies.
Processing account openings, closures, and updates.
Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues when
necessary.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. For experienced candidates: Prior experience in customer service or related
field is preferred.
