Responsibilities:

· Answer customer questions and resolve issues related to products and services

· Provide support for new and existing customers

· Process customer requests and transactions

· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team

· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

· Stay up-to-date on products and services

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures
