We are a fast-growing Shopify store looking for a talented and experienced customer support and social media manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and creating engaging content for our social media platforms.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
2. Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time
3. Monitor social media channels and engage with customers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
4. Create and publish content on social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness
5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Skills & Requirements:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
3. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating engaging social media content
